A Community Partnership
The Roaring Fork Valley Community Health Plan (RFVCHP) is a community-oriented, not-for-profit corporation that promotes competitively priced, accessible, high-quality health coverage to members of rural communities in Western Colorado. The Roaring Fork Valley Community Health Plan promotes local collaboration between health-care stakeholders: Employers, providers and insurance companies. While many are looking at national health care, the Roaring Fork Valley Community Health Plan believes that health care can best be promoted and managed locally.
The Roaring Fork Valley Community Health Plan teams with local chambers of commerce to offer employers within the extended Roaring Fork Valley a variety of flexible and cost-effective health plan designs. These plans, offered by Aetna, are available at discounted rates to chamber members. To become a chamber member, contact your local participating chamber of commerce. For rate information, please contact RFVCHP at 970-704-9421 or 800-873-8500 or information@rchp.com.

Aetna currently offers online personal health records to all Roaring Fork Valley Community Health Plan members at no additional charge. As a part of the RFVCHP, members gain access to Aetna's national PPO network and get a discount on billed charges from the local network of participating providers, including...
